Fees and insurance
I'm in-network with Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Aetna, Moda Health and First Choice Health. Self-pay sessions are $200 for 50 to 55 minutes, and I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. The first step, a 15-minute consultation call, is always free.

Coverage varies by plan, so please check your benefits. A quick way to ask your insurer: "Do I have outpatient mental health benefits with an in-network provider, and is there a copay or deductible?" If you're not sure, I'm glad to help you figure out what to ask.
Self-pay
- Individual session (50 to 55 minutes): $200
- Sliding scale: available for those who qualify
- Superbills: available if you want to seek reimbursement from an out-of-network plan

Good Faith Estimate
If you aren't using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Ask me for one at any time.
