Yes. Paul is in-network with Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Aetna, Moda Health and First Choice Health. Coverage varies by plan, so please check your benefits. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement.

How much does therapy cost without insurance?

Sessions are $200. A sliding scale is available for those who qualify, and HSA, ACH and major cards are accepted.

Where is your office?

In the Johns Landing neighborhood of Southwest Portland, at 5901 S Macadam Ave #100, near the Willamette River, about ten minutes from Lake Oswego and Sellwood and a short drive from Downtown and South Waterfront.

Do you offer online therapy?

Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What kind of therapy do you do?

Humanistic and person-centered, with attachment-based, interpersonal and strength-based approaches. In plain terms: warm, collaborative and practical, with real tools when you want them.

Do you work with people using cannabis or psychedelics?

Yes. Paul helps people work through lingering effects such as derealization or anxiety. He neither encourages nor lectures about substance use.

Do you see couples or children?

Paul's practice focuses on individual adults. If you need couples, family or child therapy, he's happy to suggest colleagues.
