Practice Information

Location
I offer secure telehealth therapy to clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. In the near future I will also be available for in person sessions in Southwest Portland.
‍ ‍Session Format
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Sessions are collaborative and paced according to your needs and preferences.

Fees & Insurance
I am currently private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly, although I am in the process of applying for major insurance panels including Aetna, Regence, and Moda. I can provide superbills upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance plans that cover out-of-network providers.

My standard fee is $185 for a 50-minute session and $225 for and initial intake session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings when possible, and I’m happy to discuss this during an initial consultation. Questions about cost or payment are always welcome.
